Countertop Reviews
Austin Customers on Surfaces They Use Every Day
We have built our reputation on getting the details right, and countertops are all detail. Seams, overhangs, and how a top meets a wall are what you notice for years afterward. We are proud of the kitchens we have finished across Central Texas.
Countertops Austin Homeowners Rely On Us For
Countertops are the surface you touch every day and the first thing anyone notices in a kitchen, which makes the choice worth more than a few minutes in a showroom. Granite is natural, so every slab is different and you are choosing one specific piece of stone rather than a product off a shelf. Quartz is engineered, so the pattern runs consistently and it never needs sealing. Both shrug off heat and knives and look much the same in ten years as they did on day one.
We fabricate and install ourselves rather than handing the job to a subcontractor, which means the details that decide whether you are still happy in five years are ours to get right. Where the seam falls, how the edge is profiled, whether an overhang is properly supported, how the stone meets a wall that is not quite straight. None of it shows in a showroom and all of it shows in your kitchen.
Most of our countertop jobs are exactly that, and nothing more. New tops on cabinets that are staying right where they are. We template, fabricate, and install without disturbing the rest of your kitchen, and you are not signing up for a remodel because you wanted a new surface. If it turns out the cabinets underneath need attention, or you decide while we are there that you want them changed too, we build and refinish cabinets as well, so that does not mean finding a second company. Over 11 years in business and more than 1,500 customers across Central Texas. Text us at (512) 300-3232 to get started.
How Our Countertop Work Happens
Clear Steps, From Template to Installed Top
-
How you cook matters as much as how it looks. We measure, talk through granite against quartz, and narrow it down to the slabs that genuinely suit the room and the way you live in it.
-
Walls are never square and cabinet runs are never perfect. We template from what is really there, so the finished top fits your room rather than fitting a drawing of it.
-
Cutting, edge profiles, seams and sink cutouts, then installation and a walk-through with you. We protect the rest of the kitchen while we work and clean up before we leave.
Countertops Done Right, Start to Finish
One Crew, From Template to Install
The crew that templates your kitchen should be the crew that installs it. When those are two different companies, a measurement that was off by a quarter inch becomes an argument rather than a fix. We measure it, we make it, and we set it, so there is one team answerable for how it fits.
New countertops are a real investment, and we want them to feel within reach. We work with Affirm to help spread the cost over time so you are not paying everything upfront. Getting started is simple, just reach out and we can walk you through what that looks like for your project.

Granite and Quartz, Honestly Compared
Fabricated, Not Just Ordered
We cut, profile and install the stone ourselves instead of subcontracting it out. The crew that templated your kitchen is the crew answerable for how the finished top fits it, so if a seam lands badly there is nobody to point at.
Templated to What Is Really There
Walls are never square and cabinet runs are never perfectly level. We template from your actual kitchen rather than from a plan, because a top cut to the drawing is a top that shows a gap along the wall.
The Details You Live With
Where the seam falls, how the edge is profiled, whether an overhang is properly supported. None of it shows in a showroom and all of it shows in your kitchen. We make those calls with you before anything is cut.

Quartz is engineered, so the pattern is consistent across the slab and it never needs sealing. Granite is natural, so every slab is different and you are choosing one specific piece of stone rather than a product. Neither is better than the other. It comes down to whether you want predictability or you want a top nobody else has.
-
Quartz is engineered and non-porous, so it never needs sealing at all. Granite is natural stone and does, though modern sealers last a long time and resealing is a job you can do yourself in an afternoon. We will tell you what your specific slab needs before you commit to it, not after.
-
Yes, and that is how most of these jobs go. Provided the boxes are sound and sitting level, your existing cabinets stay exactly where they are and only the tops change. We check the level before we template, because a new top on a sagging run will show it immediately. If the cabinets do need work first, that is something we handle rather than send you elsewhere for.
-
We do the cutouts and set the sink. The plumbing connections are a plumber's job, so we will either coordinate with yours or tell you exactly when in the schedule to have them come out.
-
We are fully insured, so your home and our crew are protected throughout the job. We are also BBB A+ Accredited, which means we meet the standards they set for quality and customer care. We work to local regulations and industry standards on every project, whether it is a single room or a whole house.
-
We stand behind the quality of our work, and we are happy to walk you through the specifics during your estimate. Warranty details vary depending on the material, the manufacturer, and the scope of the job, so the estimate is the best time to ask questions and get clear answers that actually apply to your project.
-
We lay floor protection across any surface we are crossing with tools and materials, and we cover nearby furniture before we start. Dust containment is a real part of the job rather than an afterthought. Every day before we leave, we clean up the work area so your home stays livable while the project is still going.
-
We will send you clear prep instructions before we show up so you are not left guessing. Generally you will want to clear the work area and make sure we can get to it easily. On the day, we walk you through what to expect so nothing catches you off guard. We keep it simple.
